I understand that I am signing up as a private independent contractor. I understand that if I am accepted to officiate, I must fulfill the following obligations:
- Working for the entire tournament, arriving on-site at the designated times and departing at the close of play each day
- Taking care of equipment issued at the tournament (ball, clipboard, and flip scorer) and returning these items to the designated area at the close of play each day.
- Following the guidelines and rules set forth by Gus Macker Event Team
