I understand that I am signing up as a private independent contractor. I understand that if I am accepted to officiate, I must fulfill the following obligations:

Working for the entire tournament, arriving on-site at the designated times and departing at the close of play each day
Taking care of scorekeeper’s equipment by returning/checking in at Scorekeeper Table
Following the guidelines and rules set forth by Gus Macker Event Team
